• Orders of stocked items will be shipped within 24 hours.

• Most orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. Parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will be shipped to you immediately upon receipt.
• Ground shipments usually take 3-5 days.

• Oversized shipments will be additional; please see rates.
• Carrier substitutions may be utilized to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
• No International shipping.
• In the event an order cannot be filled you will be notified within 24hours, and a credit will be issued.

Retrun/Refund Policy: All returns must be in original non opened package, or box. Note that dealer store will not accept returns after 15 days. No returns on special order or electrical items. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of no less than 20%.
